Cheltenham Races – Meet Morestead ‘The Tweed dressed horse’
Now I live in Cheltenham it only felt right to do a blog about the famous Cheltenham races.. yes its that time of year when Cheltenham gets covered in tweed.
So meet horse race veteran Morestead, also known as the classiest horse in England. He’s just received a snappy new outfit which he models for us here like a true British gentlemen.
With his world’s first three-piece tweed suit, Morestead will be the highlight of the 2016 Cheltenham horse racing festival in England. It took designer Emma Sandham-King 4 weeks to sew this piece of class. It required over 18m (59ft) of tweed, which is about 10 times more than an equivalent required for a human version.
But let champion jockey Sir Tony McCoy introduce Morestead to you personally.
Have fun at the races! 😀
