Toy Story 4
The Toy Story 4 poster also came with an insight into the plot. Pixar had previously announced that it would be a standalone film separate from the trilogy. It has now emerged that it will be a love story, centered around Woody and Bo Peep.
Disney’s Chief Creative Officer, John Lasseter, said: “It’s something we’ve never done with Toy Story before. At Pixar and at Disney we only do a sequel if we have come up with something that’s as good or better than the original. That’s our rule. We don’t do things just to print money. It’s about great stories, that’s what we do.”
Wasn’t this announced a decade ago? Who cares, this time next year the wait will be over.
Those looking forward to Finding Dory were shown brief clips, and a film still was released. Set six months after the end of Finding Nemo, the plot will follow Dory as she attempts to find her lost family with the assistance of Nemo and his father, Marlin.
